Discretionary-function immunity for members and employees of Commission

Known as the Nevada Ethics in Government Law

The act spans §§ 281–281 (85 sections).

(Added to NRS by 2017, 2487)

For the purposes of NRS 41.032, the members of the Commission and employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be exercising or performing a discretionary function or duty in taking any action pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
