False statement or certification; withholding of information

Known as the Public Employees’ Retirement Act

The act spans §§ 286–286 (165 sections).

Any person who knowingly makes a false statement, certifies to an incorrect document or withholds information for the purpose of receiving or assisting another person in receiving benefits under this chapter to which the person or other person is not entitled is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
