Persons appointed and employed by Supreme Court to provide for safety and security of justices and employees of Supreme Court and carry out duties prescribed by Chief Justice

Any person appointed and employed by the Supreme Court pursuant to NRS 2.295 has the powers of a peace officer pursuant to NRS 289.460 when the person is carrying out duties prescribed by the Chief Justice.
