“Presidential preference primary election” defined

(Added to NRS by 2021, 3878)

“Presidential preference primary election” means an election held in a presidential election year pursuant to NRS 298.600 to 298.720, inclusive, to determine the preferences of the registered voters of a major political party regarding the party’s nominee for President of the United States.
