NRS 293.196

Each office of justice of the Supreme Court constitutes separate office for nomination and election

(Added to NRS by 1975, 936)

For purposes of elections only, the Secretary of State shall establish designations which separately identify each office of justice of the Supreme Court. Before any person is allowed to file a declaration of candidacy for the office of justice of the Supreme Court, the person shall designate the particular office for which he or she is declaring candidacy.
