Secretary of State to provide election materials in usable format for persons who are elderly or disabled

Not later than 5 working days after the request of a person who is elderly or disabled, the Secretary of State shall provide to the person, in a format that can be used by the person, any requested material that is:

1. Related to elections; and

2. Made available by the Secretary of State to the public in printed form.
