NRS 293.720

Suppression of or failure to file nomination paper by public officer

Any officer in whose office any nomination paper has been filed, who shall wrongfully suppress, neglect or fail to cause the proper filing thereof at the proper time and the proper place, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
