NRS 31.810

Effect of discharge; judgment remains in force

[1911 CPA § 179; RL § 5121; NCL § 8677]

The prisoner, after being so discharged, shall be forever exempt from arrest and imprisonment for the same debt; but the judgment against the prisoner shall remain in full force against any estate, present or future, of the prisoner, not exempt from execution.
