Perpetual existence of board; corporate seal; suits, actions and proceedings
Known as the Nevada Parks, Trails and Open Space District Act
The act spans §§ 318–318 (59 sections).
(Added to NRS by 2017, 2706)
1. Subject to the limitations of this chapter, the board shall have perpetual existence.
2. The board shall have the power to have and use a corporate seal.
3. The board shall have the power to sue and be sued, and be a party to suits, actions and proceedings.
