NRS 327.040

Reference may be made to either zone when tract extends into another zone

[4:84:1945; 1943 NCL § 5589.03]

When any tract of land to be defined by a single description extends from one into another of the above coordinate zones, the positions of all points on its boundaries may be referred to either of such zones, the zone which is used being specifically named in the description.
