Administrator of Division: Duty to act as State Risk Manager and administer provisions relating to the Risk Management Division

The Administrator of the Risk Management Division shall:
1. Act as State Risk Manager.
2. Administer the provisions of law relating to the Risk Management Division, subject to the administrative supervision of the Director of the Department of Administration.
