Trade-in allowances for personal property

Known as the Local Government Purchasing Act

The act spans §§ 332–332 (56 sections).

A governing body or its authorized representative may solicit and accept trade-in allowances for personal property of the public entity which has been determined by the governing body or its authorized representative to be no longer required for public use in any manner authorized by law.
