Preference for bid or proposal submitted by Nevada-based business: “Nevada-based business” defined

Known as the State Purchasing Act

The act spans §§ 333–333 (94 sections).

“Nevada-based business” means a business which certifies that:

1. Its principal place of business is in this State; or

2. The majority of goods provided for in a state purchasing contract are produced in this State.
