The Board shall:
1. Consider the recommendations of the Administrator when adopting regulations; and
2. Adopt such regulations as it determines are necessary to carry out and ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter and any other provision of law which governs the duties of the Public Works - Compliance and Code Enforcement Section or the Public Works - Professional Services Section.
