General obligations: Types of securities

Known as the State Securities Law

The act spans §§ 349–349 (273 sections).

The State may issue as general obligations any of the following types of state securities:

1. Notes;

2. Warrants;

3. Interim debentures;

4. Bonds; and

5. Temporary bonds,

Ê payable from taxes, or payable from taxes and additionally securing such payment by a pledge of net revenues or gross revenues, as the Commission may determine, except as may be otherwise provided in any act supplemental hereto.
