Facsimile signatures and seals

Any bonds or other securities, including without limitation any certificates endorsed thereon, may be executed with facsimile signatures and seals as provided in chapter 351 of NRS. (A compliance therewith is not a condition precedent to the execution of any coupon with a facsimile signature.)
