“Hereby,” “herein,” “hereinabove,” “hereinafter,” “hereinbefore,” “hereof,” “hereto,” “hereunder,” “heretofore” and “hereafter” defined

“Hereby,” “herein,” “hereinabove,” “hereinafter,” “hereinbefore,” “hereof,” “hereto,” “hereunder” and any similar term refer to the Local Government Securities Law and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which such word is used; “heretofore” means before the adoption of the Local Government Securities Law; and “hereafter” means after the adoption of the Local Government Securities Law.
