NRS 360A.380

In carrying out the provisions of NRS 360A.370, the Department shall determine as early as possible whether there have been withheld or transmitted sufficient liquid assets to satisfy the claim of this State. As soon as the Department determines that the assets have been withheld or transmitted, it shall consent to a transfer or other disposition of the assets in excess of that amount.
