Special fuel transporter” defined

Known as the Special Fuel Tax Act

The act spans §§ 366–366 (88 sections).

“Special fuel transporter” means a person, except a special fuel supplier or special fuel exporter licensed pursuant to this chapter, who transports special fuel in interstate commerce by pipeline, rail or truck to or from any point within this State, or solely within this State.
