“Transferee” defined

Known as the Uniform Act

The act spans §§ 375–375 (90 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1987, 2100)

“Transferee” means any person to whom a transfer is made, and includes any legatee, devisee, heir, next of kin, grantee, donee, vendee, assignee, successor, survivor or beneficiary.
