NRS 383.111

Contracts: Historic preservation and archeological activities; expenses for overhead

(Added to NRS by 1977, 1358)

1. The Administrator, subject to the approval of the Director, may negotiate contracts for:

(a) Historic preservation activities.

(b) Archeological activities.

2. Any contract for services may include a charge sufficient to cover overhead expenses.
