Who may not be purchasers

Known as the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act

Neither a master nor any person for the benefit of a master, may be interested in any purchase, nor may a guardian of an infant party be interested in the purchase of any real property which is the subject of the sale, except for the benefit of the infant. All sales contrary to the provisions of this section are void.
