Court may appoint numerous masters upon request

Known as the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act

The court may appoint three masters upon request of the parties instead of a single master, in the proceedings under the provisions of this chapter. The three masters have all the powers and must perform all the duties required of the single master.
