NRS 391.059

Immunity from liability for certain persons involved in making report, conducting investigation or submitting information concerning arrest

Immunity from civil or criminal liability extends to every person who, pursuant to NRS 391.053 to 391.059, inclusive, in good faith:

1. Participates in the making of a report;

2. Causes or conducts an investigation of a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter and who is arrested; or

3. Submits information to the Department concerning a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter and who is arrested.
