“Other provider of an alternative licensure program” means an entity, other than a university or college, which has been approved by the Commission on Professional Standards in Education in accordance with the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 391.019 to provide education and training to a student which will lead to an alternative route to licensure for the student.
