Custodian of property: Appointment; powers

(Added to NRS by 1959, 295; A 1993, 2531)

The board of trustees of any school district may appoint a person who must have charge of the grounds, preserve order, protect the school property, plan, promote and supervise recreational activities, and do all things necessary in the capacity of a representative of the board of trustees.
