NRS 393.095

Oversight panel for school facilities: Duty of board of trustees to provide administrative support and information

The board of trustees of a school district in a county whose population is 100,000 or more shall:

1. Provide administrative support to the oversight panel for school facilities established by the board of trustees pursuant to NRS 393.092; and

2. Comply with all requests by the oversight panel for information.
