“Agent’s permit” defined

Known as the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act

The act spans §§ 394–394 (195 sections).

“Agent’s permit” means a nontransferable written authorization issued to a natural person by the Board or Commission which allows that person to solicit or enroll any resident of this State for education in a private elementary, secondary or postsecondary educational institution.
