“Driving school” defined

Known as the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act

The act spans §§ 394–394 (195 sections).

“Driving school” means a postsecondary educational institution that trains its students to drive motor vehicles as a vocation. The term does not include the Program for the Education of Motorcycle Riders established pursuant to NRS 486.372.
