Immunization of pupils: Penalty for refusal to remove child from school when required by law

Known as the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act

The act spans §§ 394–394 (195 sections).

Any parent or guardian who refuses to remove his or her child from the private school in which the child is enrolled when retention in school is prohibited under the provisions of NRS 394.192, 394.196 or 394.198 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
