“Electric shock” defined

Known as the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act

The act spans §§ 394–394 (195 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1999, 3243)

“Electric shock” means the application of electric current to a person’s skin or body. The term does not include electroconvulsive therapy.
