Retaliation for reporting violation prohibited
Known as the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act
The act spans §§ 394–394 (195 sections).
(Added to NRS by 1999, 3246)
An officer, administrator or employee of a private school shall not retaliate against any person for having:
1. Reported a violation of NRS 394.353 to 394.379, inclusive; or
2. Provided information regarding a violation of NRS 394.353 to 394.379, inclusive,
