Genetics program: Establishment

1. The Board of Regents, in cooperation with the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Human Services, may establish a genetics program to provide clinical genetic and diagnostic services to residents of Nevada who have or may have a hereditary, chromosomal or multifactorial disorder.

2. The University of Nevada School of Medicine must provide consultation and other appropriate services to the genetics program.
