Regents to develop method for sharing numbers for student identification for certain students with Department

The Board of Regents shall, in consultation with the Department, develop a method for sharing with the Department the unique number for student identification issued by the System to an applicant for a license to teach issued pursuant to chapter 391 of NRS who received a baccalaureate degree or master’s degree from an institution within the System. The method must be developed using the best practices for identifying the number of graduates of institutions within the System who become licensed teachers in this State.
