Known as the University Securities Law

“Hereby,” “herein,” “hereinabove,” “hereinafter,” “hereinbefore,” “hereof,” “hereto,” “hereunder,” and any similar term refer to the University Securities Law and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which such word is used; “heretofore” means before the adoption of the University Securities Law; and “hereafter” means after the adoption of the University Securities Law.
