“Securities” defined

Known as the University Securities Law

The act spans §§ 396–396 (367 sections).

“Securities” means notes, warrants, bonds, temporary bonds and interim debentures authorized to be issued hereunder in the name and on the behalf of the University or of the Board for the benefit of the University.
