Adoption of regulations establishing fees

Known as the Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act

The act spans §§ 398–398 (41 sections).

The Secretary of State shall adopt regulations establishing fees for:

1. An initial application for registration.

2. Registration based on a certificate of registration issued by another state.

3. An application for renewal of registration.

4. Renewal of registration based on a renewal of registration in another state.
