Denomination of court; court always open; where held

[Part 1911 CPA § 772; A 1913, 359; NCL § 9261]—(NRS A 2015, 980)

The courts held by justices of the peace are denominated justice courts. Justice courts have no terms and must always be open. Except as otherwise provided in subsections 3 and 5 of NRS 1.050, justice courts must be held in their respective townships.
