NRS 41.230

Hearing

[3:167:1941; 1931 NCL § 5285.03]

Upon the hearing of the petition the court may require information appearing to be pertinent to the particular case at hand, and the court may require the presence of any person, or the affidavit of such person if the person be out of the jurisdiction of the court, as to enable the court to be fully advised in the premises.
