NRS 41.610

Actions against seller or manufacturer of unapproved drug for misrepresentation of its therapeutic effect

(Added to NRS by 1977, 1645; A 1983, 111)

The purchaser of a substance which has not been approved as a drug by the Food and Drug Administration but which has been licensed for manufacture in this state has a cause of action against the seller or manufacturer for any misrepresentation of its therapeutic effect made directly to the purchaser or by publication.
