Confidentiality of information concerning applicant or recipient; report to Interim Finance Committee

(Added to NRS by 2025, 36th Special Session, 4)

1. Information concerning an applicant or recipient of assistance under the Program that is obtained by the Division in the administration of the Program is confidential and may be used or disclosed only as authorized under federal or state law.

2. On or before September 30 of each year, the Administrator shall submit a report to the Director of the Department and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the Interim Finance Committee concerning the activities of the Program during the immediately preceding fiscal year and any recommendations for legislation relating to the Program.
