NRS 422A.6788

Duplicate identification cards

(Added to NRS by 2025, 2446)

1. Upon furnishing information that his or her identification card is lost or destroyed, the person to whom the original was issued may obtain a duplicate.

2. If the original of a duplicated identification card is subsequently recovered or a lost identification card is found, the person having possession shall return it immediately to the Department.
