Visitation of child by provider of foster care after child leaves care of provider
(Added to NRS by 1995, 1788; A 2001 Special Session, 27; 2003, 236; 2013, 1450)
Upon the request of a provider of foster care, the licensing authority shall allow the provider to visit a child after the child leaves the care of the provider if:
1. The child agrees to the visitation; and
2. The licensing authority determines that the visitation is in the best interest of the child.
