“Reasonably adequate state funding” defined

(Added to NRS by 2001, 3106)

“Reasonably adequate state funding” means the amount of state funding that can reasonably be accommodated within state budgetary limitations, as determined by the Governor and the Legislature for each biennial session of the Legislature.
