“Children’s advocacy center” defined

(Added to NRS by 2021, 536)

“Children’s advocacy center” means a public or private entity that provides an environment friendly to children where multidisciplinary teams work to:

1. Investigate and help children recover from abuse and neglect; and

2. Hold perpetrators of abuse and neglect of children accountable.
