“Mechanical restraint” defined

(Added to NRS by 1999, 3230; A 2001, 2744)

“Mechanical restraint” means the use of devices, including, without limitation, mittens, straps, restraint chairs, handcuffs, belly chains and four-point restraints to limit a person’s movement or hold a person immobile.
