NRS 433A.290

Right of person alleged to be in mental health crisis to be present and testify

(Added to NRS by 1975, 1606)

In proceedings for an involuntary court-ordered admission, the person with respect to whom the proceedings are held shall be present and may, at the discretion of the court, testify.
