NRS 435.810

Regulations; inapplicability where device installed by law enforcement agency

(Added to NRS by 2025, 1681)

1. The Administrator may adopt regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 435.750 to 435.820, inclusive.

2. The provisions of NRS 435.750 to 435.815, inclusive, do not apply if an electronic communication device is installed by a law enforcement agency and used solely for a legitimate law enforcement purpose.
