As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

1. “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Division.

2. “Authority” means the Nevada Health Authority.

3. “Department” means the Department of Human Services.

4. “Director” means the Director of the Department.

5. “Division” means the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department.

6. “Health authority” means the officers and agents of the Division or the officers and agents of the local boards of health.

7. “Health Care Purchasing and Compliance Division” means the Health Care Purchasing and Compliance Division of the Authority.

8. “Individually identifiable health information” has the meaning ascribed to it in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103.
