NRS 439.948

Fees; regulations

(Added to NRS by 2013, 2888)

The Division may adopt regulations to:

1. Prescribe a fee to be imposed on website clients for use of the Internet website established pursuant to NRS 439.942; and

2. Carry out the provisions of NRS 439.942 to 439.948, inclusive.
